Founder / Managing Partner

Jamie Rolewicz has over 25 years of building experience.  Jamie comes from a family of builders, his father worked in construction and development outside Syracuse, New York.  In addition to building, Jamie’s father instilled a love of racing.  Jamie has attended every Daytona 500 since 1986.

After earning his B.S. in Civil Engineering from RPI, Jamie moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to work for Eastwood Homes.  As a project manager, Jamie oversaw the construction of over 200 homes.  Living in Charlotte enabled Jamie to get involved in racing on a professional level.  Jamie had the opportunity to assist Goodyear Racing on the weekends at many NASCAR races as a tire technician.  

General Counsel / Partner

Laura Temple was born and raised in Haymarket, Virginia, a small suburb outside of Washington, D.C.  Laura attended Virginia Tech, earning two Bachelors of Arts in Communication and International Studies.  After graduation, Laura moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to attend the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University. 

Project Manager / Partner

Chris Baker joined Legacy Pointe Properties in January 2022. In this role, Baker oversees the acquisition, development and construction of commercial storage properties throughout the Charlotte-metro area. He provides strategic planning, organization, management and problem-solving for each property from start to finish.
