Founder / Managing Partner

Jamie Rolewicz has over 25 years of building experience.  Jamie comes from a family of builders, his father worked in construction and development outside Syracuse, New York.  In addition to building, Jamie’s father instilled a love of racing.  Jamie has attended every Daytona 500 since 1986.

After earning his B.S. in Civil Engineering from RPI, Jamie moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to work for Eastwood Homes.  As a project manager, Jamie oversaw the construction of over 200 homes.  Living in Charlotte enabled Jamie to get involved in racing on a professional level.  Jamie had the opportunity to assist Goodyear Racing on the weekends at many NASCAR races as a tire technician.

In 2001, Jamie saw a need in the market for storage condominiums, a novel approach to storage of boats, RVs, and small business.  The concept of Hyde Park was born- individual, climate-controlled storage units ranging from 700 to 3,000 square feet in size.

The connection to racing and the availability of storage space put Jamie and his business partner in the right place at the right time to begin storing tires for Goodyear Racing, eventually mounting tires and transporting mounted wheels to the racetrack.  From one tractor trailer to a fleet of over thirty tractor trailers, Champion Tire & Wheel, Inc. is an essential component to the weekly NASCAR events across the country.  Jamie spent 18 years growing the company until selling his interest in 2020 to his partner in order to focus on his next project.

In 2019, Jamie started construction on a gated, resort-style residential condominium community with 48 units.  Watermark Lake Norman initially offered units at $750,000, but demand and quality quickly priced these units to twice that amount.

Throughout his time with Champion Tire and developing Watermark, Jamie never stopped developing commercial properties, as well as custom homes.  Jamie specializes in finding the right property for a project, acquisition, development, construction, and property management. Hyde Park has a footprint of 360,000 square feet in North Carolina and another 73,000 square feet in Daytona, Florida.  In addition to Hyde Park, Jamie has developed over 305,000 square feet of commercial space in Cornelius alone.  As well as 72,000 square feet of commercial space in Huntersville.  Jamie has custom built over 50 custom homes throughout Charlotte, Cornelius, Huntersville, and Mooresville.  Ranging from a modest 3,000 square feet homes to a two-year build of a 12,390 square foot house, complete with a slide, theater, infinity pool, and state of the art automation.

Jamie resides in Cornelius. Jamie has two children who keep him busy.  Jamie has been a proud supporter of Big Day at the Lake, Victory Junction, and Motor Racing Outreach.
